How long does laundry take?
Our target is 48 hours from pickup to delivery, subject to schedule confirmation and special-care requests.
Which days are pickups available?
Pickup days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, subject to availability and confirmation by Bunny.
Do you pick up from my doorstep?
Yes, where a safe and agreed pickup spot is available. We confirm the details with you.
When do I pay?
Payment is arranged after service. Bunny accepts Venmo and cash. She will confirm your total and payment instructions directly.
How do I know whether I'm in the service area?
We confirm addresses within approximately 10 miles of the Shamrock Ridge neighborhood in Forney. We do not publish a residential street address.
Can I choose detergent or wash settings?
Yes. Choose standard scented or fragrance-free detergent; laundry booster is included. All washing uses cold water. Optional sanitizer is $2 per bag, and scent beads (Whimsical Wonder or Downy Unstopables No. 26) are $2 per bag.
What if I have a delicate or bulky item?
Comforters and bulky items are not accepted. Please ask Bunny about any delicate or special-care item before pickup.
How much does a Laundry Club membership cost?
Membership rates have not been finalized. Contact Bunny for current options and a personalized quote before signing up.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Standard service has an $80 laundry minimum, equal to two $40 standard 13-gallon bags.
Is pickup and delivery free?
Yes, when the laundry and add-ons subtotal is at least $100. Otherwise a $10 pickup/delivery fee applies. Bunny confirms final pricing before service.
Can I drop laundry off at Bunny's home?
Customer drop-off is not currently advertised as an available option. Bunny will confirm any future service changes directly; her residential address is not published.
Is laundry booster included?
Yes. Standard service includes laundry booster and your choice of standard scented or fragrance-free detergent at no additional charge. All washing uses cold water.
