How it works

Simple, convenient, and designed to make laundry one less thing on your list.

1. Request Service

Fill out a quick request with your laundry details, preferences, and preferred pickup day: Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Bunny will confirm your appointment.

2. Get Ready

Place everyday washable items in a standard 13-gallon trash bag. Tie it securely, and make sure it isn't ripped or overstuffed. Check pockets and remove valuables.

3. We Wash & Fold

Bunny checks and spot-treats items as needed, washes in cold water, and follows your detergent and drying selections. Standard scented or fragrance-free detergent and laundry booster are included.

4. Fresh Laundry, Less Work

Your laundry is returned neatly folded, typically within approximately 48 hours of pickup, subject to confirmation. Drop-off or self-pickup options are not yet advertised as available.

Good to know: Standard service is $40 per properly tied 13-gallon bag with an $80 minimum order. Pickup and delivery are free when laundry plus add-ons total $100 or more; otherwise a $10 fee applies. Comforters and bulky items are not accepted. Payment is arranged after service by Venmo or cash. Requests are not confirmed until Bunny contacts you.
